The total area of the project is over 20000 square meters, with a building area of 14200 square meters. The project's functional areas are mainly divided into plant research institutes, tissue culture laboratories, employee dormitories, and storage and logistics warehouses.

By adopting a cold-formed light steel frame system, factory processing, and on-site assembly, various Chinese, European, American, Japanese, and Korean style buildings can be constructed.

The wall adopts lightweight energy-saving standardized prefabricated wall panels instead of clay bricks, which have good insulation performance and are 50% more energy-efficient than reinforced concrete buildings, with constant temperature in winter and summer.
