Shandong Passive Building Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 2015, and in 2020, it integrated the technical forces of various business units of Shanhai Elephant Group and officially renamed Shanhai Elephant Green Building Technology Co., Ltd. It includes Ruixiang Design Institute, Elephant Building Research Center, Human Settlement Environment Company, and Digital Technology Department. It is a technology-based construction enterprise mainly engaged in design consulting/EPC full process business, with a main business direction of passive ultra-low energy buildings/prefabricated buildings and zero carbon building research and development. It closely follows the national dual carbon policy and has established cooperative relationships with higher education institutions such as Chongqing University, Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Tongji University. Developing passive and prefabricated scientific research projects, committed to becoming a full cycle service operator for green and healthy buildings.

Shandong Passive Building Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. has officially been renamed as Shanhai Elephant Green Building Technology Co., Ltd; Full process technical consultation for the passive ultra-low energy consumption residential community of Wanjia in Deji, Rizhao;
Building 33 of Wanbang City, prefabricated steel structure building, approved as a provincial-level science and technology demonstration project; Participate in the preparation of the Technical Guidelines for Near Zero Energy Public Buildings in Shandong Province; Participate in the review of the Technical Guidelines for the Development and Construction of Healthy Housing in Shandong Province.
2019
Technical consultation on the entire process of passive building renovation for residential buildings in Rizhao Haitian Garden and Professor Rizhao's garden villa;
Collaborated with Chongqing University to establish the "Elephant Architecture Research Center" and hired Zhou Xuhong as the chief scientist.
2018
Jinan Quanhai Real Estate Heidelberg Building has been awarded the Shandong Province Ultra Low Energy Consumption Demonstration Project;
Technical consultation for the entire process of light steel prefabricated passive building in Building 28 of the Rizhao New Building Materials Demonstration Zone.
2017
The Hanyu Haifeng Heidelberg project in Jinan has been listed as a demonstration project for passive ultra-low energy green buildings in Shandong Province and a demonstration project for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province;
Participated in the compilation of the Standard Atlas of Passive Ultra Low Energy Buildings in Shandong Province.
2016
Participated in the formulation of the "Energy saving Design Standards for Passive Ultra Low Energy Residential Buildings in Shandong Province";
Cooperate with Tongji University to establish a special laboratory for light steel structures.
2015
Shandong Passive Building Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. was established; In the same year, Building 27 of the Rizhao New Building Materials Demonstration Zone successfully passed the overall acceptance by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development and the German Energy Agency; This marks the successful construction of the first truly passive residential building in Shandong Province.
